Our objective is to provide "community value" to us this means populating the information to a wider audience, therefore we prefer you list your query in our forum where we can give priority answers. The outcome is we deliver knowledge to the entire community.
If you seek our resources to respond on a "one to one" basis then we function as a private service which would be a fee for service basis.

If you contact us, we will direct YOU to the FREE stuff, if that did not help, tell us why and we will try to make changes, otherwise we can offer a "fee for service" where we can give you advice or representation.
